Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving is a time to be “thankful” to our God and others. Everyone can give thanks to God. Let us all be thankful for –

  • God, the Creator of this universe
  • Family
  • Friends
  • Animals
  • Music
  • Freedom of Religion (The First Amendment of the United States Constitution protects the right to freedom of religion and freedom of expression from government interference)
  • Free enterprise system (this means you can spend your money on what you want to buy and work anywhere you want to work)
  • Private property (this means you can own something and it belongs only to you)
  • Five senses – hands, eyes, nose, ears, mouth–to see, to hear, to taste, to touch, to smell

Ephesians 1:3 (King James Version): Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ
