We all need strength-physical, mental, and emotional. When and why do we need it? We need it all of the time. We need more of it too. We need it –
- as a growing baby that sleeps a lot
- as a youth going to school
- for all of those challenging tasks that require stamina
- when we read or talk about the current crisis or challenges going on around us
- when we think of all of the goals we want to accomplish
- when we want to help others who are in need
- when we want to finish that job that takes a long time
- when we want to start something new
- just to do something fun
