I found some useful information on a homeschooling website called, “Homeschooling Regulations by State.” It lists each state alphabetically with the following homeschooling guidelines:
- Notification
- Parent Education Minimums
- Criminal Bans
- State Mandated Subjects
- Assessment Requirements
- Vaccination Requirements
For example, in the state of Michigan, there are: no notification requirements, no parent education minimums, no criminal bans, some state mandated subjects, no assessment requirements, and some vaccination requirements with no records submitted.
