Do you ever feel stressed? Not enough time, money, health, energy and goodwill to do what you would like to do? Well, take a breather. You and those around you have the right to feel good about their “best efforts.” Sometimes we want everything to be perfect and completed right now! Let’s be realistic. As people here on this earth, we have inherited the gift of time and the right to repent and do better next time. Here are some positive tips:
- Start the day with a daily prayer/devotional
- Read the scriptures
- Smile, laugh
- Compliment others
- Take a walk, even indoors if necessary
- Eat healthy fresh fruits & vegetables
- Get a good night’s rest for one night even if you can’t all of the time
- Take a short nap
- Be happy and realize everyone has the right to do better next time
