What does it mean to “love one another”? What does it mean to love others outside of your family? Sometimes it just means to –

  • to give people their space when they are going through something
  • to not judge someone because they are not doing a good deed
  • to not judge someone because they are being quiet and not talkative
  • to not judge someone because they interrupt you but yet you are the one that is talking, and talking, and talking and won’t let anyone else get a word in

  • to not judge someone else yet you are not doing what you are supposed to do
  • to not blame someone else when you haven’t done a good job
  • to accept someone the way they are and not think you are God’s gift to fix everyone else’s “mote” but yet ignore the beam in your own eye
  • to still like someone even though they may disagree with you
  • to not ask someone to help others when the person they are asking also needs help
  • to not think you are better than others because you are doing a volunteer activity
  • to not think you are better than others because of the way you look
  • to not think you are better than others because you have more money than them
  • to not label other people or call them names
  • to mourn with those that mourn
  • to not think you are better than someone else because you go to church or do something in church
  • to show a little bit of love, charity, understanding, and friendship like the Savior did for us
