Come unto Christ is a phrase you may have heard and said to others. So where did it come from and what does it mean? First off, it is found in (King James Version) Matthew: 28-29 Come unto me, all ye that labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. Wow! An invitation and promise.

• Come to Jesus by praying to God, talking to God, reading about God, and listening to others talk of God
• Come to Jesus especially when you are feeling overwhelmed, confused, and need help
• Go to a place where you feel God’s love
• Take time to feel the Holy Ghost and God’s presence
• Listen to God
• Find out how God wants to help you
• Come to Jesus to find rest, peace and comfort
