Sometimes in life we have unexpected emergencies or other financial hardships where we want and need help. There is an easy way for the recipient to ask for help through something online called GoFundMe.com. This is good for charities and also individuals that run into unexpected hardships. The giver can give either by using their name or anonymously. The recipient can keep tabs on all donations. Here is an easy explanation of how it works. Did You Know?

• The recipient creates an account on GoFundMe.Com by creating a username and password
• The four tabs for more information are: Discover, Fundraise for, How it Works, and Resources
• You can fundraise for: medical, memorial, emergency, nonprofit, education, funeral, faith, family, monthly bills, newlyweds, and more
• Once set up, you can tell others about the gofundme.com account through email, phone or texting – whatever is easiest for you to do
• This is good for charities and also individuals that run into unexpected hardships

We have known people that have set up a GoFundMe account for a phone for a prospective missionary. Another person set up an account to help with medical expenses. What a great way to allow your family, friends, neighbors, and other people to donate anonymously and easily.
